Village at Mammoth
Mammoth Lakes, CA

Specified Plan for approximately 1,200 residential accommodation units and 135,000 square feet of retail/commercial uses within 64 acres; coordination with community-wide recreation system including Mammoth Mountain.

Social Sciences & Management Building (SS&M)
University of California, Merced
Merced, CA

Hardscape, landscape and irrigation design for new classroom/office building at UC Merced campus. SS&M is a LEED certified building. The landscape design featured native plants and 100% drip irrigation.

Lawrence Berkeley Lab
Berkeley, CA

A series of site planning and massing studies covering the entire 200-acre site; vegetation management analysis, guidelines, cost projections, and large format graphic presentations for fire safety on the urban/wildland site; writing, editing, and graphic development of the 2002 Long Range Development Plan; visual analysis of proposed structures; development and facilitation of an envisioning Charette for Civic Center development.

Site planning and design of the new campus entry wall and associated landscape improvements. Project won "Preservation Award" from Berkeley Architectural Heritage Associated in 2001.

Landscape concept plan for a four story commercial office building. Design included outdoor plaza space over underground parking and use of plant materials with low water requirements.

Landscape master plan, vegetation management and monument signage design for two vineyard estate developments, Avignon and Apperson Ridge. Site plan and landscape design for conversion of Old Vineyard Avenue into a pedestrian and bike trail.
