	Snoqualmie Pass, Kittitas and King Counties, WA Development of community design guidelines, and assistance with overall visual analysis, and refinement of the Community Plan.
	Vineyard Avenue Specific Plan, Pleasanton, CA Landscape master plan, vegetation management and monument signage design for two vineyard estate developments, Avignon and Apperson Ridge. Site plan and landscape design for conversion of Old Vineyard Avenue into a pedestrian and bike trail.
